As MyHomeLuxe, we attach great importance to the processing and safeguarding of your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law"). We would like to inform our customers regarding our purpose and methods of collecting, processing, and transferring personal data, and accordingly, your rights arising from the Law.
Methods regarding the collection of personal data
As MyHomeLuxe, in the capacity of data controller, within the framework of our legal obligations arising from the legislation; We collect your personal data orally, in writing, or electronically through methods such as verbal communication, the website, social media channels, mobile applications, and similar means, for purposes such as enabling you to benefit from the services of our brands, informing you about our campaigns upon your consent, recording your suggestions and complaints, creating better service standards for you, and determining and implementing MyHomeLuxe commercial and business strategies.
 
Processing of personal data and processing purposes
As MyHomeLuxe, in the capacity of data controller, through our call centers, written communication channels, social media pages, mobile communication channels, in-store communication channels, and/or any other channels including but not limited to these; Your personal and/or special categories of personal data obtained with your consent may be obtained wholly or partially, recorded, stored, retained, modified, updated, periodically checked, reorganized, classified, kept for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed or stipulated in the relevant law, shared/transferred to private-legal entities with which MyHomeLuxe works in case of legal or service-related actual necessities, or to public institutions and organizations to which it is legally obliged, and/or to relevant 3rd party real persons/legal entities resident in Turkey or abroad, and can be transferred abroad in case of legal or service-related actual necessities.
We present to your knowledge that we may process your personal data for purposes such as enabling MyHomeLuxe customers to benefit from the services of our brands, informing you about our campaigns upon your consent, recording your suggestions and complaints, creating better service standards for you, determining and implementing MyHomeLuxe commercial and business strategies, and in any case in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and relevant legislation.

MyHomeLuxe may share your mentioned personal data only; based on your explicit consent or within the framework of the security and privacy principles specified in the Law, provided that adequate precautions are taken domestically and necessary security measures are taken abroad, for the execution of Company activities, ensuring the business relationship between data owners and our customers and/or conducting negotiations for this purpose, offering services, opportunities, and facilities, and increasing service quality; with our group companies, business partners, customers with whom we have contracted and to whom we provide services due to our activities, suppliers, audit companies, or public institutions or organizations authorized to request these data due to a legal obligation, and other relevant authorities including but not limited to these.
 
Rights of the Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the KVK Law ("Law")
MyHomeLuxe will respond to the following requests of relevant persons:
a) Learning whether MyHomeLuxe processes personal data concerning them and which personal data is processed,
b) Obtaining information regarding the purposes of the processing activity,
c) Knowing the third parties to whom MyHomeLuxe transfers personal data domestically or abroad,
d) Requesting the correction of personal data in case they are processed incompletely or incorrectly,
e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,
f) Requesting that the transactions carried out in case of correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and
